(A) Website design. They use state-of-the-art software tools to design the website. They gave me ample time to think through the design and work through the changes.
(B) Their development work is second to none. They are a solid developer team including members such as Ashish Sharma (not related to the company owner).
(C) Having worked with individual contractors in the past, having a company makes more sense because yoy as a client get a backup developer, although we did not need one.
