I brought Taras into our team, shared everything with him, and gave him a great opportunity. Today he resigned with no notice and said he didn't want to work on the project because he doesn't have the skills.
On Monday his time sheets consisted of 30 x 10 minutes slots each with one minute clocked. I challenged him and asked he retract it as he'd clearly not done anything.
He refused and suggest I deal with it, so here is the review. I'd be careful with him as he can just walk away and leave a good opportunity and team. I suspect he found another job.
This review wasn't necessary, I asked him to close it without feedback. It was his decision.
