Why is Dynamics Ax running slow?
- There can be many reasons for this, hardware, network etc. We will focus on database size and number of records.
How we will proceed?
- I will connect to your live system and analyze and present you how many records in total I will delete from which table. You will do your checks and I will take the action.
Will an important data be deleted?
- No, I will not delete any data you use. There are millions of data in Dynamics Ax that we never use and will never need. I'm going to extract them and delete some of them.

- The main goal is to reduce the number of records, size and load of the tables where Dynamics Ax continuously adds log data throughout the day. With reduced load, Dynamics Ax works much more efficiently.
What difference will it make when the job is done?
- The database will shrink by 30% in size and total number of records.

- It won't slow down for the same reasons. Because I will set up automatic jobs and have the system do the cleaning routinely every week.
