Primus keeps track of what's been notified for by row and won't notify you for rows in a previous notification for an interval of time you specify. This can be turned off by query (called a "sensor" in Primus). Primus can also be use for common database maintenance tasks and is easier to set up than SQL Agent. It also supports querying Snowflake databases.
