You will get an Invoice Management Application with which you will be able to generate sale & purchase invoices for your retail or service business.
User Management:
There can be multiple users on this system with custom roles and permissions with one admin account.
Invoice Management:
Create Unlimited Sale or Purchase Invoices, print them, download them as PDF or sent as an e-mail to the customer.
Receipt, Payment Management:
Due Invoices are visible in the invoice list section, and users can mark them as paid by creating a receipt voucher against it.
Branch Management:
The system can have single or multiple branches. Admin can maintain separate invoice series and view stock availability at each branch.
Customer Profile Management:
Profiles of each customer are maintained along with transactional history to be retrieved whenever required.
Product Management:
Admin can add any number of products/services and set tax rate on them to calculate during invoice creation.
Tax Management:
We can incorporate GST, VAT, or any other type of tax as per the requirement.
Reports Management:
Users can get weekly, monthly, yearly sales reports, payables & receivables report
