Senior Fullstack Developer for Web Solution Maintenance and Feature Development ASP.NET, REACT.JS
Hired on December 20, 2024, at $20/hr for an ASP.NET Core MVC and React.js project, Manoj significantly underperformed. He lacked problem-solving skills, taking hours on simple tasks like project setup and configuration, requiring excessive handholding. Our team wasted time writing detailed specs and troubleshooting with him, diverting focus from core work. Despite clear instructions, his limited proficiency in slowed progress. While communicative, his inefficiencies led us to limit his hours and pause his contract on January 20, 2025. We cannot recommend Manoj due to his reliance on guidance and inability to deliver independently.
