State-of-the-art NLP deep learning models will be trained to perform highly-detailed opinion mining of free text in surveys, producing rich insights to inform customer experience. This will also enable measuring the impact of other projects on customer satisfaction.
Multi-class Classification:
several instances of Google’s BERT language model will be tuned to detect multiple topics per response, hierarchically from free text in customer satisfaction surveys.
Sentiment analysis:
Another BERT model will be used to apply sentiment analysis to each detected topic .
Requires sufficient labeled data to train models on and hardware to run deep learning. If needed, could help with data labeling. If not, another unsupervised method will be used, such as clustering to cluster data into groups, and determine and classify text into specific topics.

A/B test marketplace
