I deliver a Community-compatible Odoo 19 solution that groups employee-paid expenses into one report, routes the total through multi-level approvals, previews budget impact before submission, warns or blocks overruns, and separates approval from authorized vendor-bill posting.
Verified on Odoo 19 Community with 354 tests and 272 test methods, the custom module can export a package containing the report PDF, attachments, manifest, and SHA-256 checksums. Odoo.sh private Git and Enterprise work requires staging validation on your exact build; Odoo Online is not supported.
Choose a written Readiness Review, a controlled one-company staging Pilot, or a fixed-scope Production Rollout. The Pilot includes the Review; Production includes the Pilot. OCR integration is separately scoped; no OCR engine is bundled.
