So I came to Upwork and started hiring freelancers.
It worked, but I quickly learned the limitations. One person might be great at development but not design. Another could handle SEO but not CRO or paid marketing. If someone became unavailable, I was back to finding, hiring, and managing someone new.

We call our model 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞-𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲™. It’s essentially the middle ground I wish existed when I was the client: the flexibility of working with freelancers, but with a real team behind the account so you’re not dependent on one person for everything.
