Wix Developer Needed to Build Lead Generator, Digital Products & Service Funnel
This project did not meet expectations. We had one review call, during which several core items were still not completed correctly, including button linking and funnel setup.
The project experienced repeated delays, and despite very detailed written instructions, key requirements required rework. By the time billing reached 6 hours, the project was only partially complete.
I initially offered to partially pay so I could end the contract amicably and complete the remaining work myself. However, the process was prolonged, and I later realized I had passed Upwork’s refund window while trying not to negatively impact the freelancer’s score.
At that point, I requested a full refund due to the lack of follow-through and the difficulty getting the project properly completed. While the freelancer frequently expressed that customer service was important to him, that was not my experience in practice.
