Senior Front-End Engineer Prashant has strong software fundamentals and good instincts. However, we ran into consistent challenges around communication, particularly daily updates on deliverables, as well as code committed late or to the wrong branches, gaps in understanding requirements, and thoroughness on UX. Task velocity was also slower than we needed. Ultimately, the communication gaps made it hard for us to stay confident in timely delivery at the quality level we were looking for.
