I'm a senior software developer with a wide amount of experience! I was first hired in software when I was 14 years old, given me almost 25 years of experience in software and engineering. I can typically be found at the backend of the software stack, but I have some experience with frontend concerns as well. If you have high performance or data science heavy API development needs I'm certainly your guy!

- I still can't decide whether I like Django or Rails more!

- I really, really know SQL well! I'm even the core maintainer of a ORM extension to Rails called ActiveRecord::HierarchicalQuery and I've had many minor OSS contributions over the years including to Rails, ZeroMQ, and Nim!

- I care deeply about giving back civically and have met with various government leaders and journalists to make sure our society is safe from cyberattack, even though cybersecurity is only a secondary skill of mine.
