Overall and to be completely honest, I would never hire him again. He got the project done but when our team really started to honestly analyze the code he made, it costs us more because of how poorly written it was. We hired Yohannes from the beginning with creating the documentation for the project, and planning before even writing code and the project he made for use after two years had a horrible foundation that ultimately we had to end and just trash this entire project. I'm grateful to him but also wish I would've contracted someone else and have been more involved because what he made became un-mangable, and also got hacked at one point in the very beginning from just lazy developer practices on his end. I really regret not looking at a lot of the code he made earlier because it was built off of a terrible foundation that costs us the project future and made it unmaintainable.
