Most PDF converters work from a template, so they break the moment a supplier changes their layout and you are back to retyping. This uses no templates. You tell me the columns you want and the data comes back in a clean spreadsheet, one row per line item, ready to use.
Every value arrives with a confidence level, the page it came from and the exact text behind it. Checking the file is then a matter of looking at the few cells flagged for review, rather than reading every page back against the originals. Anything a document genuinely does not contain comes back empty and flagged instead of guessed, which is what you want on financial paperwork.
Scanned pages and phone photographs are handled the same way as digital files, so there is nothing for you to convert, install or set up.
Before the full batch I run a sample and send it over, so we agree on the shape of the sheet while it is still cheap to change. You get the finished file in Excel, CSV or JSON, plus a short note on anything worth your eye.
