Improve Next.js Tailwind CSS code-base and adhere it to provided designs
Omar is an entry level developer focused on front end web engineering. I consider his skill-set to be average for an entry level but totally fine for the price per hour he asks for. I think Omar can improve in his eye for detail in terms of clean code. It was alright but when reviewing I had to update and re-write a few parts. For his availability we sadly had some issues with much less available time than he initially offered. He generally tried to finish tasks on time but it wasn't always the case. His communication was good when we discussed things and cooperation was good in terms of following what we required.
I think Omar has great potential in becoming a very good web engineer but requires more experience. For his hourly rate his work is absolutely worth the money and I can recommend him as support in a team of experienced engineers or for front end only tasks.
