My name is Alejandro, and I am currently working in Billing & Contract Fulfillment at Amadeus IT Group (www. amadeus .com).

My day-to-day tasks includes:

- Internal Contract Management to safeguard Amadeus' revenues, and make sure the services we provide and the invoices we issue, comply with the signed contracts.
- Administrative Tasks, such as updating and maintaining SAP for the accuracy of billing of hundreds of products to my portfolio of over 70 airlines. And also, having SAP well configured is vital for the company reporting.
- Data Owner and Analysis, my profile is unique within the company. We are the owners of the data, it can be retrieved from different sources by different other teams, but it's only us who are able to validate it and translate it from numbers and codes, to real language and transform it into actionable insights to other internal teams, such as commercial teams or strategy teans.
- Reporting, because we are in charge of maintaining SAP and the ones that understands the data, we are the right people to generate reports. And that's what I do, from the queries to the system to real dashboards and reports I work the data using complex formulas and macros and communicate to different stakeholders, internal and externals.
- Invoice issuance of recurrent charges, or calculated fees using different metrics to the airlines. Worth in millions of euros.
- Customer management, invoices and I, are the point of entry for customers to renegotiate their contracts or solve problems that they can be having in the technology they use.
- Process and organize documentations, SOPs, and workflow improvements.

- Advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas, macros & automations.
- SAP, HubSpot, Holded, Quickbooks and other ERPs.
- Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, Etsy, Amazon.
