He did not do what I asked. I requested a custom snapshot that was to be built inside my Go High Level account. He uploaded a template I already had access to in Go High Level. I can see it was all uploaded in the time stamp in one day and Go High Level confirmed when I showed them the work that it was their template. I want a full refund since this work was not done as I asked.
