I predominately work with the MERN stack which is great for a start up, with the no SQL database offering flexibility as you define your data requirements for your web application. If you already have clear data structures, or need complex queries that no SQL databases can not accommodate, I am also experienced working with postgres to implement SQL databases.
You will always receive your source code from me on completion and if you need someone to set up your production hosting environment and deploy your web app I offer an add-on for this.
