Yana has undoubtedly experience and good knowledge in QA and working with Startups. However, we were not entirely satisfied with her productivity and how she started the project. During the first couple of weeks into the contract, her schedule and communication were not excellent (also due to the timezone difference). In her defence, we recognised that we weren't fully prepared to onboard her and maximise efficiency as we were in the middle of a big release. Therefore, with the proper setup, Yana might be a good fit for a company looking for a manual tester.
