You get the SCRIPT you can re-run, not a one-off dump. Most cheap gigs hand you a bare file; when it goes stale, you are back in the queue. Here, every tier ships the re-runnable Python script plus a short README, so the next refresh is one command — and you own it, never locked to me.
The data arrives usable, not raw: correct column types, de-duplicated on a stable key, and a per-field check so no column is silently half-empty. Before I build the full set, I send a labelled sample from YOUR target, so you confirm fields and quality.
I work only with public, non-personal data: no login walls, no CAPTCHA bypass, no emails/phones or social-media profiles, robots.txt and rate limits respected. That keeps your dataset defensible.

Scope lock + sample
I confirm the target, fields, format, and volume, then scrape a labelled sample from YOUR target so you verify quality. No reply in 12h? I proceed on that sample as the spec (your revision covers a wrong field), so silence never eats the clock.
Build the scraper
I write a polite, rate-limited crawler for your target and parse each required field, handling pagination — and JavaScript rendering on the Advanced tier or add-on.
