This app gives you complete visibility and control over your end-to-end procurement process. This app starts with a purchasing request for items or services. This app automates procurement process starts with a purchasing request for items or services with custom request approval hierarchy as per amount & department.
This is a web-based purchasing app build on the top of Office 365 that is designed to create, approve and monitor the status of electronic requisitions at a glance
1- Submit purchase request
Employees submit purchase requests by filling out all the necessary information and attaching the relevant documents, such as quotes or contracts.
2- Approve request
Requests (and each line item) are sent for approval by going through the pre-defined approval workflow that can vary based on the amount, cost center, location, department, and more.
3- Custom discrepancy thresholds
This comes with built-in custom approval workflows and discrepancy thresholds for quantity and amount, which are completely customizable. If values go above or below the limit, additional approval workflows are triggered.

Power App - Adjustments to current system

Sharepoint Document Library with Read&Sign/Feedback control
This was our company's first time hiring for a project using Upwork and based on our experience, we will definitely be hiring Mumtaz again.
