-> A full workplace intelligence and meeting prep system built with Claude, connecting Gmail, Slack, Google Calendar, Jira, and Google Drive into one automated daily workflow. The system reads incoming emails and Slack messages and mentions, and uses Claude to generate concise summaries of what's relevant. It checks the calendar for upcoming meetings, then cross-references related Slack threads and email chains tied to each meeting to automatically prepare meeting notes and context ahead of time, so nothing gets missed. It integrates with Jira to create issues and track tickets directly from conversations or meeting outcomes, closing the gap between discussion and action. All daily work summaries are automatically compiled and stored in Google Drive for easy reference. Every morning, it generates a personalized morning brief by pulling from the calendar, Jira assigned tasks, unread emails, and Slack threads, then uses Claude to build a prioritized task list for the day based on deadlines, meeting urgency, and outstanding issues, so the day starts with clarity instead of digging through five different apps.
-> A 15+ step multi-agent support system built across n8n and Claude: incoming customer messages are classified by intent and urgency, relevant order and account data is pulled live from multiple backend systems via API, a draft response is generated and checked against a knowledge base using RAG for accuracy, high-confidence responses are sent automatically, medium-confidence ones are queued for quick human review, and everything is logged for reporting, with weekly performance summaries generated automatically.
