I will develop a custom RAG knowledge assistant that provides reliable answers using your own business documents, SOPs, policies, website content, product information, or internal knowledge.
Unlike a generic chatbot, the assistant will retrieve relevant information from your approved knowledge sources before generating an answer. This helps reduce unsupported responses and makes the system suitable for real internal or customer-facing use.
The project includes document ingestion, content chunking, vector database setup, retrieval configuration, prompt engineering, response testing, source references, a clean web-based chat interface, basic authentication, deployment support, source code, and setup documentation.
The assistant can be built for internal teams, customer support, employee onboarding, sales enablement, policy lookup, product knowledge, or operational documentation.
API usage, hosting, and third-party subscription costs are not included and will be paid directly by the client.
