I will deploy your react app to AWS with HTTPS using : S3, Cloud front and Certificate Manager.
When the project is done you will be able to navigate to the domain name you specify and see your react app up and running on aws, it is worth to mention that it is very cheap to host it on AWS in comparation to other cloud and hosting providers.

I recommend Antonio because he finds a way to achieve the result youre looking for in AWS, but always taking into consideration the cost, so it doesn'y become something expensive to mantain.
