- Fintech : Built the customer and partner operations layer: customer creation, KYC, card issuing, agent and partner management, multi-tenancy, and a full roles & permissions system.
- Team collaboration SaaS (Workel) : Built the core real-time collaboration layer of a multi-tenant workspace combining chat, video calls, calendar, documents and file management. Built the real-time chat system with DMs, project channels, threads, mentions, reactions, typing indicators and scheduled messages; implemented Pusher synchronization with optimistic updates, rollback and cursor-based pagination. Built audio/video calling with 100ms, a calendar with recurring events and drag-and-drop, a TipTap document editor with AI features, and the file/workspace layer with search and previews. Focused on production UX with optimistic UI, responsive design, dark mode and strict TypeScript.
- Recruitment platform : Built the public site and back office end to end: candidate login, CV builder and applications on one side; job offer creation, resume management and HR workflows on the other. Laravel + Next.js.
- SaaS rescue : Inherited a Next.js codebase already in production, stabilized it, then shipped the feature backlog that had been stuck.
- B2B SaaS canvas product : Part-time React engineer on a live, in-production product.
