Proposify template build
I think Iram is a nice person with good intentions. When I posted this job, I was explicit in needing Proposify skills. I was told by her that she had these skills and that she possessed the ability to do it. Part of the hourly pay went towards her self-admittedly learning the Proposify layout (not agreed to by me to pay Iram to learn how to do the job). Then, she stated that she had issues with Proposify resetting or some other problem with their website...which I have never encountered. All in all, I paid more than expected for a product that was unusable. I had to start over from scratch. I will never hire hourly ever again. There are zero protections for the hiring person with hourly. I do not think this was intentional, however, I still lost money due to design issues and lack of knowledge of Proposify by the hired person. She did offer to "fix" the proposal, however the design was so far off from concept, that it would've cost more in my time to go back and forth to try to fix this.
