Faraz is probably the best communicator we've ever worked with in terms of inviting a third party contractor into our workflow, which we've done many times. His fluency in English is great. He's extremely reliable for daily and also throughout the day updates on movement which helps create a very collaborative workflow therefore getting the tasks done faster with everyone in the loop. He's also extremely optimistic which our startup environment loves. He has a "anything that can be done will be done" attitude even if he doesn't know the exact path at that moment.
