Sandeep initially demonstrated strong technical abilities and contributed positively to the project's early stages. However, as the project progressed, there was a noticeable decline in quality accompanied by frequent delays and missed deadlines, despite prior agreements. The primary issue stemmed from poor communication and repeated failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines, despite assurances. Additionally, it became evident that the workload attributed solely to Sandeep was being handled by a larger team, contrary to what was communicated. While Sandeep possesses capability, his lack of accountability rendered him unsuitable to further participate in my project.
