I'm not tied to one model, platform, or automation tool. The goal is to choose the right architecture for the problem and build something your team can actually use.
I BUILD FOR PRODUCTION, NOT JUST THE DEMO
One of my automation systems ran for six months, processed several hundred orders, and required virtually no manual intervention.
The pipeline orchestrated the entire process from intake through delivery: Playwright collected incoming orders, Claude interpreted each request and generated structured prompts, and ComfyUI handled generation. Outputs were routed back through Claude for automated quality evaluation, then conditionally sent to me for human-in-the-loop approval or delivered directly to the client. The system maintained persistent logs and records throughout the workflow, giving me visibility into every order, generation, quality check, approval, and delivery.
When output quality eventually degraded, I traced the issue to the generation model rather than the surrounding workflow, replaced it, and kept the system running.
That experience changed how I build. A workflow isn't finished because it worked once. It needs monitoring, error handling, documentation, and a plan for what happens when one component inevitably changes.
I UNDERSTAND THE BUSINESS SIDE TOO
Before moving into AI and automation, I founded and operated a service business for four years with 20+ employees and contractors, approximately $130K in annual revenue, and roughly 18 client appointments per day.
I handled much more than the service itself: operations, hiring, systems, customer experience, branding, marketing, sales, and growth.
Eventually, I systematized the business enough to step away from day-to-day operations and transferred the client base to someone I trained. The business continues operating today.
That background heavily influences how I approach AI.
I don't want to automate something just because it can be automated. I want to understand what you're trying to accomplish, where the bottleneck actually is, and whether AI, automation, better systems, or some combination of the three will create the biggest return.
