Full Shopify SEO and Maintenance
Mamun , you have to be completely out of your mind to send me this and expect payment. What actual work did you do? I have sat back and watched you blatantly disrespect me and completely fail to provide the services I contracted you for. Did you really think I was so busy that I wouldn't notice you were doing absolutely nothing?
Nothing in the scope of work is done. The website looks exactly the same as it did during the first project. Every single week I reviewed your work, complained, and warned you that nothing was getting done. You ignored my threats, ignored my messages, and didn't even have the decency to acknowledge the problem.
You asked for extra money for an SEO subscription, which you took and never used. I even paid for my own SEO subscription out of pocket and asked for an email to give you access, and nothing happened. Your "SEO expert" gave me the runaround while you all giggled and laughed about it. You never attended meetings, you never turned on your camera, and if it wasn't for Ahsan, I would have ended this long ago. And all Ahsan ever did was say "I hear you" while nothing changed.
The absolute nerve you have to submit work for review and ask for a good rating is staggering. Now you are going to hear me: I am going to fight you on this because of the deceit and utter disrespect you've shown my company.
Here is what is happening:
Out of the $215 I paid last month, I am seeking a refund of $115. ($15 for the SEO subscription you played me , and $100 for the non-existent SEO work).
For this month, I will NOT release a single cent. I have all the proof saved. I am taking this to the highest dispute level on Upwork, and I am entirely willing to report this to my bank as well. Do not contact me again. I am entirely done with your company.
