React Dev needed for MVP PMM App
Working with Roman has been one of the best development experiences I've had, not just on Upwork, but full stop. He brought more than just technical execution to this project. From day one, he treated the work like a partner, not a contractor. His mindset, initiative, and attention to long-term product health were as valuable as the code he shipped, and he shipped a lot. In under 80 days, we went from nothing to a polished, production-ready SaaS platform with account logic, monetisation, tier locking, onboarding, AI integration, full CRUD across multiple workflows, and clean, scalable database architecture. That pace would be impressive for a team of five. Roman did it largely solo, while offering proactive feedback, spotting edge cases I hadn’t even considered, and improving the UX at every turn. He never just coded to spec, he thought deeply about the product, made thoughtful architectural suggestions, and implemented them cleanly. His communication is excellent, he handles changing priorities with ease, and he always made time to explain tradeoffs. Roman is the kind of developer you want beside you when you're building something ambitious. I’d work with him again in a heartbeat, and probably will.

Mobile First Web Development
The application developed has multiple bugs after the handover, and the developer is refusing to make fixes. Despite initially agreeing to continue working on the bugs after the final payment, he is now claiming that the contract has closed. There are no clear error messages in the UI, and he stated that it was not clearly specified in the documentation to include such basic error messages. This lack of responsibility and commitment is unacceptable, and I hope that anyone who works with him spends a lot of time to scrutinise your requirements documentation before submitting to him. The project had a budget of $2400 and Roman reached out quoting $2100++. The project ended with a total cost of $3,550. Please note that you are expected to pay more despite the initial quotation when working with Roman.
