Outbound messaging with Twilio and Dialogflow
Highly recommended! Ukasha is a great developer. Very professional with great communication. He is easy to work with and understood requirements quite easily. He developed an outbound messaging mechanism where bot reaches out to our potential leads from Google Sheets. It was a complex project, required integration of Dialogflow + Twilio + Sheets. Remembering contexts for longer periods was the most challenging objective so that bot could start from where it left off if someone replies it days later, and he pulled it off greatly. Would love to work again in future!
