Retool Backend Developer for App Admin Panel
Unfortunately, this contract did not work out. Sameer committed to 30 hours per week but averaged closer to 6–7 hours. Communication was slow and inconsistent, deadlines were frequently missed, and several commitments were not followed through on. Due to the lack of reliability and follow-through, I decided to cut my losses and move on.
