You will get Robust Parameters Design and Process Robustness Studies

Project details
A robustness study is a type of experimental design used to assess how well a method, product, or process holds up under variations or changes in its operating conditions or parameters. It helps determine the performance, reliability and stability of products or processes by making them less sensitive to sources of variation (noise), without necessarily eliminating the variation itself. This study is crucial for ensuring that a food process can consistently deliver accurate and reliable results even when faced with minor variations in its environment or parameters. The tools used for robust parameters designs include: Crossed array designs, RCBD designs, Definitive Screening Designs (combination of categorical and quantitative factors) and Response surface methodology. Data optimization is achieved. Validation experiment is followed.

Steps for completing your project
After purchasing the project, send requirements so Pantelis can start the project.
Delivery time starts when Pantelis receives requirements from you.
Pantelis works on your project following the steps below.
Revisions may occur after the delivery date.
Define the Objective: Decide what you want to improve:
Sensory quality (e.g. flavor, texture, aroma) Shelf life Process yield or cost reduction Method overall uncertainty etc
Identify Factors
Classify factors into: Control Factors (you can set) and Noise Factors (you can't control)
