Salesforce Developer (Apex, Flows, LWC)
We hired this freelancer for a Salesforce project, but the delivered solution did not align with several documented requirements and required significant rework. Some key functionality was implemented incorrectly, and certain components were left incomplete. We ultimately hired another Upwork freelancer, and much of the solution had to be rebuilt from scratch. The freelancer closed the contract before a satisfactory resolution was reached, resulting in additional cost, delays, and lost time for our team. Unfortunately, we would not hire this freelancer again.
