We were not super happy with the quality of work provider. We were talking to one person but another one was doing the work. While the Upworker was responsive, we were not able to make many advances quickly. In the end after 3 weeks, we were in a position where many things were not as we wanted them and some broken, so we decided to not continue with the Upworker and instead do it in house. We would not hire him again to do a Google/Facebook tagging of events inside Salesforce
