I've implemented Salesforce numerous times for companies ranging from 5 users to a few thousand users. I've also worked on projects requiring customization & integration requests.
I have worked as a configured Salesforce for business units in the following industries: medical, insurance, moving, logistics, services, sales, home cleaning, carpet cleaning, restoration, concrete supply, higher education, professional certification, digital marketing, moving, and logistics.
Previous to being a Salesforce Admin, I was a Sales Rep and Sales Manager for a team of 25 sales reps in industries of medical supplies, digital marketing, lead generation, and business consulting. I also managed field operations for Google Maps and Apple Maps for 4 years. I work with a team of Salesforce admins, developers, consultants, architects, and integration specialists.

Real Estate Junior Acquisition Manager / Cold Caller
This firm was engaged by me to create my Salesforce for real estate development and acquisitions. The project was meant to be finished in 5 months or less... They were still hustling a year later to complete the job. After dealing with them, I was mentally and psychologically drained.
I am not kidding you, I was reaching out once every 5-10 days for an update... with no response! Their communication was a red flag because I had to TRY and communicate to them every week. There were three delays in all, and each time they tried to hurry me and ask me issues we had already addressed the day of delivery.
Dorian and Jim who were on the project were a disaster. I believe they eventually told me they were working on a larger project after 9 months. I was not charged extra for any of the work, except for the job that took them a year to get around to the finish line, which should have taken 4-5 months.*key words, get around to the finish line because it was never completed*
The delivery was still not finished. Tim, who works for this firm, was the most helpful and responsive, as he should be. Tim gets 5 stars for trying, but after a year of ongoing disputes with this firm AND continuing to pay for salesforce but not being able to use it, the last straw was the inability to utilize it the entire time. Please refrain from hiring for salesforce. Waste of my time & money. - Blake Lea
