That is the work I do. I am a senior DevOps engineer specializing in Terraform and infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, and CI/CD across AWS, GCP and Azure, and most of what I am hired for is fixing infrastructure that is already broken rather than building from scratch.
Recent results: I cut one client's deployment failures by 85 percent and took build-to-deploy from 45 minutes to 7 by rebuilding their pipeline around GitOps and ArgoCD. On another, I reduced monthly cloud spend by 30 to 40 percent through right-sizing and a migration to managed services in Terraform. I hold 99.9 percent or better uptime on the production workloads I own, using multi-AZ design, autoscaling and zero-downtime deploys.
What I actually do day to day: recover and refactor Terraform state, write reusable Terraform modules for AWS, GCP and Azure, provision and harden Kubernetes clusters on EKS and GKE with Helm and RBAC, build CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions, GitLab CI and Jenkins with ArgoCD for GitOps delivery, and wire up observability with Prometheus, Grafana and the ELK stack so problems surface before users find them. I also handle cloud migrations, IAM least-privilege reviews, and cost optimization where the bill has run away.
