Nishu and Mridul demonstrated a good understanding of HubSpot and its technical aspects, including working with APIs. The technical sections of the final document were well-covered, which I appreciate.
However, the overall experience was impacted by recurring issues with availability and timely communication. Responses were often delayed, which caused significant delays to the project timeline.
Additionally, there seemed to be a gap in fully understanding the actual requirements. The team appeared to rush through the task without aligning on the expected content and outcomes, resulting in some key areas being missed.
I believe they have potential, especially on the technical front, but better communication, planning, and alignment with client expectations are needed to deliver a successful project.
