Expert Website Designer Needed
I was looking for a developer to refresh an existing website using Elementor (I wanted the flexibility of being able to make changes myself and I'm not a coder, so I wanted something that looks cleans and professional but also low maintenance on development.
Overall, Parth did a fantastic job. There were some issues at the start. Some miscommunication about the theme as we didnt know there would be conflict issues with other plugins (Biagotti and Elementor Pro, WPML and YITH) we are using. But Parth was resourceful to either find a work around or get in touch with support to figure out how to sort things out. Moral of the story, there will always be issues in any project. But what counts is how the freelancer responds to the issues. Do they lay blame on someone else or do they take ownership and get the job done? I'm happy to report that Parth took ownership (even sometimes it's probably not his fault) and he made sure we were completely satisfied. Looking forward to starting a long term maintenance contract with him after we close this contract.
