Redesign dan Development Natuvo Store
Unfortunately, this was one of the worst and most disappointing experiences I have had working with a freelancer on Upwork.
We started this project in January 2026, with an agreed completion timeline. It is now August 2026 — approximately seven months later — and the project is still not finished.
Throughout these seven months, the freelancer repeatedly changed his promised completion dates and provided different explanations for the delays. I remained patient and gave him multiple opportunities and significantly more time than originally agreed, hoping the project would eventually be completed properly. Unfortunately, that did not happen.
Even more frustrating, some of the requirements that we discussed and agreed upon from the beginning were later refused or remained incomplete. I found myself repeatedly following up on work that should have been completed months earlier.
The constant delays, changing promises, incomplete work, and difficulty getting previously agreed requirements completed made this project extremely frustrating and time-consuming.
After waiting from January until August 2026 without receiving the completed project we originally agreed upon, I finally decided to end the contract. I no longer had confidence that continuing to wait would lead to a satisfactory result.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this freelancer. Future clients should be extremely careful about timelines and should make sure every deadline, requirement, and deliverable is documented clearly before starting.
