Front End QA Tester
Najaf was laissez-faire on the project. I was accommodating and honest with him from the beginning. In return, it was required to put in 4 hours a day and he refused knowing that we are ramping up for launch. Did he do good work when he actually worked, yes. However, I could not rely on him when I need him the most. Most troubling was his unwillingness to be upfront about his availability.
