Hello! I am a QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience in Web & Mobile app testing. I have expertise in using tools like Jira, Figma, Qase.io, Browserstack, Postman, Clarity, Hotjar, Trello, ClickUp, and Airtable.
As part of my service, I will:
1. Understanding the Project: First, I make sure I understand what the software is supposed to do.
2. Doing the Testing: I go through the software, step by step, doing testing on Chrome.
3. Compatibility testing: Doing the same testing on different browsers like Firefox, Safari, and Edge..

Software testing needed for telegram app
Manan interviewed well however I think he may have outsourced the work to someone less qualified. This was a trial run to see how well he could test personalities for chatbot characters. We agreed on 4 hours of testing and 30 minutes to write up results/recommendations and then we would regroup and determine next steps.
He failed to pick a user persona. He did find issues and did perform exploratory testing but it completely missed the goal of what we are trying to test. He also logged 1.5 hours of additional testing a day later before talking to me. The lack of attention to detail in a testing role isn't acceptable so we ended the contract.
All in all Manan is very personable, seems very knowledgably, was great with initial communication. I'm surprised and disappointed by the results we saw and not sure where the miss was. We're seeing better results from more junior testers so we decided to devote our resources there. For a frame of reference, I have 20 years experience in IT, the bulk of that as a lead tester. I'm more than qualified to know when someone missed the mark in the area of testing.
