As a graduate in Information Technology, I gained Java core features and framework related programming experience through my past work experience with medium and large software companies and clients from Sweden, United Kingdom, Australia, USA, and Sri Lanka. I involved the software application developed with Java-related frameworks such as Spring boot, Spring MVC and Hibernate. I have experience with both relational database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle, and NoSQL databases like mongoDB. Throughout my career, I have been involved in the architecture of microservices and have been involved in large scale migrations from monolithic to microservices in my role. In addition, I worked with a platform and frameworks like Docker, Elastic Search, Kibana, Oauth2 and JWT.
While working with Auxenta Pvt Ltd in 2018, I was given the opportunity to work with AWS cloud services. It added lots of value to my career and I completed my AWS developer – Associate certificate as well. After that I involved designing and implementing with Data Lake related projects large scale company and design and implement medium to large scale project deployments using AWS services with their infrastructure, security, computing and CICD related services. Aside from this, I involved DevOps related tasks like building CICD pipelines with Jenkins and AWS services, monitoring portals with Grafana, Nomad, Prometheus, Influx DB.
Throughout my career, I have always worked with Agile methods. I possess expertise in working with GitHub, JIRA, and Confluence.
