Riku is a good communicator, fast learner, and willing to do whatever I asked of him, but one challenge I had was that he doesn't have quite the eye for detail that I needed for my specific work. This is my fault for not being clear in the beginning of what my needs were around this. Overall, he was easy to work with and of great help, and I would recommend him to others.
