❌Here's the part most people get wrong. Your PageSpeed score is a lab test on a simulated device. Core Web Vitals are field data from your real visitors, collected over 28 days, and that's what feeds into Google's page experience signals. Plenty of sites score in the nineties and still fail. That's also why I don't start by installing anything. Every project opens with a full technical audit, because the real cause is different on every site.
