Somewhere in your organisation is a folder nobody can search, and one person who knows what is in it. When they are on holiday, everything about that folder stops.
I build systems that answer questions from your own documents and show where each answer came from. Every response carries a source you can open and check. When the answer is not in your documents, it says so and lists what it looked at, instead of inventing something plausible.
That refusal is the product. A system that quietly fills gaps does not just give you one wrong answer, it makes every other answer untrustworthy, because you can no longer tell which ones it knew and which it made up.
You also get an honest list of what it handles badly, written against your real documents rather than in general terms. Contradictions between your own files are more common than anyone expects, and it surfaces both rather than picking one.
Your documents stay on your infrastructure, under your access control, and are never used to train anything. The keys are yours and revocable.
Not included: a general chatbot that answers anything, fine-tuning, or training on your data.
