Bhanu aims to please and is a fairly strong coder. Whenever we communicated, he had a clear understanding of the job requirements. Unfortunately, I sometimes waited a little longer than expected to hear back from him, I don't know if this was due to technical difficulties from his side or an overload of other jobs he's in middle of.
My suggestion to prospective clients is,
a) Make sure you have ironclad job requirements that have no moving parts at all. Anything that isn't very clearly scoped out and understood before the contract begins will potentially drag on. This isn't always practical but necessary.
b) Mark clear deadlines in the job description and be sure to stick to it. If the deadlines are too soon, discuss it and agree on the deadlines in writing before starting.
Overall, I would recommend Bhanu and will work with him again in the future.

The freelancer was very receptive to feedback and willing to do multiple interations to try to match the fields across three separate very large database, so A for effort. What he delivered was something I would have not been able to do myself, and he matched a very large number of the fields across the three databases, which will be very useful for me. Unfortunately, the methodologies he used where not able to efficiently match several fields that upon manual review should have been found based on similarity of names and locations, so the output was directionally correct but partially incomplete. I don't doubt that with more time we would likely have increased the matching accuracy, but I understand that the pricing offered did not account for the complexity of the request at hand.
