I will develop advanced AI-based surrogate models and perform sensitivity analysis to help understand, predict, and optimize complex engineering systems. My work focuses on transforming simulation or experimental data into accurate machine learning models that can efficiently approximate system behavior.
I use methods such as Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), Gaussian Process Regression (GPR), Random Forest, MLP, and regression techniques to build high-performance predictive models. These models are used to reduce computational cost, accelerate design decisions, and improve optimization workflows.
Along with surrogate modeling, I perform detailed sensitivity analysis to identify the most influential input parameters affecting system performance. This helps in better design understanding, optimization, and decision-making.
My goal is to provide reliable, data-driven engineering insights through AI models that bridge the gap between simulation accuracy and computational efficiency.
