I get this question a lot... and one of my favorite systems to build is a multi-calendar, multi-user Voice AI scheduling system.
This is especially powerful in service industries like medspas. Let me give you a real example...
A medspa might offer multiple treatments and have several practitioners. And as you probably know, medspa clients often have a favorite specialist, someone they trust, someone whose work they’re willing to pay extra for.
But here’s the problem...
When customers call, most systems only allow a general appointment. They can’t choose the exact service or their preferred practitioner, which leads to frustration and lost revenue.
So I built a Voice AI system that fixes all of this.
